Thanks Grant for all of your work. You have been absolutely fantastic over the last couple of days – especially considering I wasn’t clear on what I wanted or how to do it. You were really pragmatic and helpful.
I have asked Synergy to provide advice and installation work regarding home cinema, automation and security a number of times over the last 15 years. I keep coming back to them because I know I will be assured of the best levels of service from a team who really care about doing a great job. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering a similar project.
I just wanted to send a quick email to let you know how happy we are with the work that Synergy AV team have done. From start to finish you have provided a professional, friendly and first class service. I wish more companies were like Synergy AV. The work completed is excellent and Phil and Aaron did a great job, leaving the place clean and tidy. If it wasn’t for a bit of noise which is to be expected, we wouldn’t have even known they were there.
We have recently had in November 2013 a projector and screen fitted in St John’s Church in Knypersley. From the quoting stage to all the technical details Synergy have been great. The projector and screen we have is great quality and has helped greatly with the visual presentations and the sung Worship within the church building,
I was firstly visited by John who provided some great advise and the proposal – The quotation was also with me within a few days. As I had further queries on the system, I was really surprised and happy that Gareth visited also to help – The service I received throughout my initial query and solution was perfect and they were only too happy to visit my house to ensure I was happy with their proposal. I never at any point felt I was being ‘sold’ to and they really did provide a solution, working to my budget. The burglar alarm system was then installed with no issue and I was given full instructions on how to use – A great service and a professional team.
We contacted Synergy in 2015 for a quote for our house alarm, although a local firm we were not aware of them but our neighbour had just had their alarm fitted and recommended them. They came, listened to ideas, then emailed recommendations, these were tweaked a few times until we were all happy with them. It took 2 days to fit the system, the engineers were very polite and friendly, taking shoes off to go upstairs. It’s the little things that make a big difference. It took a couple of visits to iron out teething problems, but the whole service is very efficient. The few times I have had to contact them, all the staff have been extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We returned to Synergy to fit security lights to the house. Again, receiving prompt attention. We have since recommended the company to another neighbour to fit security lights. Every one we have met or spoke to is very helpful and friendly, appointments are always kept, phone calls returned. Totally trustworthy. I would certainly (and already have) recommend this company
Synergy were professional from start to finish. They conducted a complete site survey and gave us all potential options whilst keeping our aim in mind. The installation went well and the installers went out of their way to cause as least disruption as possible. Any issues were cleared up quickly and efficiently. I cannot recommend Synergy highly enough.
I was very pleased with the work that was carried out and with the new intruder alarm. It was nice to meet Grant and John your very pleasant engineers. They worked very hard all day to get the job completed on time and are good ambassadors for Synergy.
May we also take this opportunity to say how happy we are with the quality of the work that has been carried out, and the care taken in respect of our very old and a bit awkward house. Aaron especially is a very skillful, knowledgeable and considerate chap, who has explained and answered our endless questions and requests with thoughtful patience.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Synergy AV to anyone who has a complex, or indeed not so complex, electrical/AV project.Regards
